Question & Answer:

Q : How would you connect the battery cells to get 12v with bigger capacity?

Q : Hi there! What does an unpaired battery pack mean? Is there an issue with the cells? Is there an unbalanced level between the cells?

A: Hello, unpaired mean that modules are not from the same battery pack. Thanks.
