1. Returns from the European Union (EU):

Customers residing within the European Union are entitled to return products under our standard return policy. In the event of a return, we will refund the full amount paid by the customer. This may includes the cost of the product as well as any applicable shipping fees. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 15 business days of receiving the returned product in its original condition.

2. Returns from Outside the European Union:

For customers residing outside of the European Union, returns will be accepted under our standard return policy; however, customers will be responsible for all costs associated with returning the product to us. This includes shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or fees. The refund for the product will be processed to the original method of payment once we have received the product in its original condition. Please note that original shipping fees and any other related costs will not be refunded. We will keep the amount of duties, taxes and fees from the amount paid.

All returned items must be in their original condition, with all packaging, tags, and manuals included. Failure to return items as per the above conditions may result in a delay in processing the refund or could lead to a refusal of the return.
